Our company Nerja Villas S.C.A., is classed as 2 stars, and may be found in the most prominent position in the commercial centre of El Capistrano Village (close to our lovely villas and apartments, which are built in the typical Andalusian style), offering the same property rental services as any good hotel:
- Reception service provided throughout the year, every day of the week, where we care for all our clients and guests, providing personalized attention.
- Our opening hours, every day of the year, are 09.00-14.00 and 16.00-20.00 hours. In the event of delayed arrivals, it is only necessary to advise us by ringing during our normal opening hours on (0034) 952523853, when a mobile telephone number of the person on duty will be provided.
- Cleaning provided by our own personal.
- Villas and apartments fully equipped for daily life: kitchen utensils, linen, crockery, toaster, coffee-maker, washing machine.
- Maintenance and care of the houses.
- Help and advice in special occurrences such us illness, theft, accident, etc.
- We also offer services such as: car rental, security boxes, money exchange, excursions, babysitting, medical service and tourist information in general.
- On the day of departure, there is the possibility of leaving luggage in our reception once the accommodation is vacated, so that clients are able to continue enjoying the swimming pools and the other services until their time of departure, and/or take advantage of our courtesy house for showering or relaxing. (It could be the case that the courtesy house may be used by various families, especially during the peak season).
